How we work

Remote-first, not remote-tolerated.
There is no head office you're missing out on. Decisions happen in writing, so nobody's out of the loop because they weren't in a hallway.
Days, not quarters.
Our projects are scoped in days and shipped in days. That means you see your work in front of real users within a week, most weeks.
One person owns the thing.
No handoffs to a delivery manager. You talk to the customer, you build it, you ship it, you own how it turns out.
AI is a tool, not the product.
We build with Claude, Cursor and whatever's fastest this month. We expect you to be excellent with them — and to know exactly when they're wrong.

What we look for
- You've shipped things people actually use. A live URL beats a resume.
- You move fast without breaking the client. Speed and care aren't opposites.
- You write well. Remote-first means most of your thinking arrives as text.
- You can talk to a customer. Most of our work is direct with a business owner. There's no layer between you and them.
- You're fluent with AI tooling. Not “I've used ChatGPT.” Fluent.
