How much does a real estate agent website cost?
A simple site is roughly $400 CAD at $200 per engineer-day and typically two days. Simple and typical estimates are non-binding. Final scope is confirmed before billing; taxes and third-party charges are additional.
Can you connect my IDX or MLS feed?
Potentially, if your board and brokerage permit it and provide suitable feed access. Licensing remains yours.
Will this comply with my brokerage's advertising rules?
We implement supplied brokerage requirements, but the registrant and brokerage remain responsible and Kollabit does not certify compliance.
How fast does lead response reply?
A sub-minute response can be a scoped target, subject to portal, provider and network constraints and testing.
Can you integrate with Follow Up Boss, kvCORE or Lofty?
Potentially, when the provider exposes suitable access or an API and the account permits it; we confirm during scope.
Do you do photography or staging?
No. We build the software and present the media you have rights to use.
Can a whole team use it?
Yes, when shared pipelines, permissions and roles are included in scope.
Who owns the site and data?
Custom project deliverables transfer after final payment, subject to our Terms; pre-existing and third-party materials keep their existing licences.
What happens if I change brokerages?
Your custom deliverables and data can move subject to Terms, feed licences and brokerage-specific dependencies.
What if I don't like it?
One clickable prototype and one feedback round are free. If you stop there, no payment is due and you keep the feedback; the prototype remains Kollabit property unless the engagement proceeds, subject to our Terms.
Who owns the data, and what happens if I change brokerage?
You retain ownership of your data. Custom project deliverables transfer after final payment, subject to our Terms, feed licences and brokerage-specific dependencies. We do not fabricate reviews or sales figures. The registrant and brokerage remain responsible for RECO and brokerage advertising requirements; MLS and IDX licensing stays in the customer's name.
