Frequently asked questions
Do you provide legal or regulatory advice?
No. Kollabit builds software. Your licensed advisers remain responsible for legal, regulatory and professional-conduct decisions.
How do you handle confidential information?
Confidential, privileged or regulated data is identified during scoping and kept out of third-party AI tooling as required by our Terms and Privacy Policy.
Can you work with the tools we already use?
Usually. We assess available APIs, permissions, data quality and vendor constraints before confirming an integration.
What does a build cost?
The rate is $200 CAD per engineer-day before tax. Website, CRM and automation starting points are shown on Pricing and confirmed through a written scope.
Do you guarantee compliance?
No. We implement the approved technical scope and can support a readiness review, but do not certify regulatory compliance.
Can we see the direction first?
One clickable prototype and one feedback round are included before billing, subject to the published Terms.
