Kollabit started with a bad quote.
A small practice needed a website. Nothing exotic — pages, a contact form, something that worked on a phone. The quote came back at five figures and a four-month timeline.
The work was three days. Everyone in the industry knew it was three days. The four months were process, and the five figures were people managing the process.
So we built the version where you just pay for the days. Modern tooling, AI where it genuinely helps, one accountable engineer as the normal project model, subject to capacity and continuity needs. It turns out most small businesses don't want a partner. They want the thing built.
How it works

We quote it in days.
Two days, five days, ten. The approved written scope has a fixed build price. If we underestimate that scope, we absorb it; requested changes are scoped separately.
You watch it get built.
Daily progress you can click on. Not a status deck at the end of a sprint. It's live when it's live, and then it's yours.
Payment method, schedule, cancellation and refunds are confirmed in writing and governed by our Terms.

Tools we use—not a claim of partnership or endorsement.
AI is why a two-day website is possible. It writes boilerplate, drafts tests, and catches at 2am what a human would find on Thursday. We'd be slower and more expensive without it, and we'd rather say that than pretend there's a secret method.
What it doesn't do is decide what to build or take responsibility when something breaks. Those decisions and that accountability stay with people.
We do not put clients' confidential information or personally identifying data into third-party AI tools as an unscoped default. Provider selection, model use, retention, access, human review, and confidential or regulated data handling are confirmed in the written privacy and security scope.
